Ross and his colleague did an excellent job of replacing the lead flashing for my garage roof and cleaned the lead flashing under the two front bedroom windows. Ross also removed, re-bedded and repointed the garage roof ridge tiles which were coming loose. After our ceiling collapsed during a storm, we asked Ross to come in and fix our roof. He found that the builders who did our dormer conversion had damaged our roof membrane and just left it like that. Fortunately Ross managed to get everything fixed in just a few days one the scaffolding went up. He even had a plasterer come in to fix the ceiling. Ross recently did some work on our garage, replacing the roof and rendering the outside and replaced two windows - it has made a huge difference and couldn’t  be more pleased with the work. We were super impressed with how quickly and efficiently the work was carried out. The site was cleared of all rubbish. Ross responded to our call quickly and came round within a couple of days to give us a quote on the spot for repairing where concrete had fallen out of our verge. I was worried the job would cost a fortune after a previous quote which had suggested it would take a full day, with the need for scaffolding, as the end tiles needed to be lifted to get the job done. But Ross was able to complete the job the next week, for a reasonable price, single handed from a ladder with no problem at all and in only a few hours. I employed Ross to strip the concrete tiled roof on my lean-to kitchen and replace with slate to match the rest of the house, with two new Velux roof windows. This involved removal of existing tiles, felt, battens and flashing, replacement of some decayed timber with some changes to accomodate the new windows. New slates, windows and lead flashing with new battens and membrane, were installed to a high standard with the finished job looking very smart and neat with general making good of brickwork with lime mortar to maintain the integrity of the building. Ross did a wonderful job installing some extra ventilation after the original builders had made some mistakes. His service was extremely prompt and he was able to get the work done in a day!
